Breakfast is served in the dining room around a large table
where you have the opportunity to meet the other guests, share
experiences and who knows, perhaps make a new friend.
Fruit juice, fresh fruit salad, poached warm fruit,cereal,
Hesscrea muesli, porridge (with honey whiskey and cream)
Pancakes with maple syrup, smoked salmon with scrambled
egg, or perhaps a simple boiled or poached egg.
Traditional Irish Breakfast - enjoy butcher Pat O’Doherty’s
locally produced and traditionally cured bacon sausages
and black pudding. Pat's well known “Black Bacon"
has received many awards and is delicious.
Finish with tea and coffee, home baked bread, toast and
locally produced marmalade, jam and honey.
